I use a holistic approach that combines talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, self-care, psychoeducation, and positive psychology. I also provide assessments to access Americans with Disability Act accommodations to help college students build a healthy lifestyle routine and access their college resources to achieve their academic goals.
